As a Japan-Headquartered global CRO, Linical offers global-scale services to our clients. To deliver high-quality (“Japan Quality”) services, we set up our Global Business Unit in Japan. Large numbers of multilingual staff members (including native speakers) fluent in Japanese, English, and other languages (e.g., Korean, Chinese, German) are posted at the Linical headquarters in Osaka and at our branch office in Tokyo, ready to communicate as and when necessary with our overseas-based staff. Our Japanese clients are able to communicate comfortably in Japanese, which helps to ensure their needs are satisfied. Linical’s overseas staff also learn to understand and appreciate our commitment to “Japan Quality”. In this way, the whole company is geared-up to deliver “Japan Quality”.
We can offer different implementation systems for Japan-led Asian (Japan, Taiwan, Korean) clinical trials, according to the needs of clients. For example, while the project manager is stationed in Japan, the leaders for each of the three countries (Japan, Taiwan, and Korea) can be either stationed in Japan or in each of the respective countries. We have also successfully completed numerous Japan-led Japan-USA clinical trials as well as joint EU-Asia and EU-USA trials, so we can offer global-scale proposals that mesh with the development strategies of our clients.
