To ensure that we deliver high-quality services to our customers, Linical provides comprehensive training to our employees, both in terms of quantity and quality. As a result of thorough training, Linical employees have maintained a high pass rate since the very first GCP Passport certification examination administered by the Japan Society of Clinical Trials and Research (JSCTR). We even received a grateful thank you letter from JSCTR for our contribution to achieving high examination pass rates and promoting high-quality clinical trials.

Linical also has a lot of experience in GCP compliance surveys, as well as in FDA inspections. In these cases, we were judged to be in compliance without any issues. All this proves that Linical’s commitment to quality is well recognized and verified by third-party organizations. Our overseas subsidiaries have also undergone inspections by the FDA, KFDA, ANVISA, and other organizations, and just as in the case of Linical Headquarters, they have been rated highly.

In approximately 67% of the clinical trials that Linical has so far conducted, enrolment was completed before the predetermined patient enrolment period was reached. We are always very mindful that our key objective is “to deliver the best service to our clients, both in terms of quality and speed”.
